Day ##: Its been days, weeks and she is still outside my house, as i'm writing this that StuPid bingus is watching me she WONT STOP, I might have to go outside as these canned beans are not doing me well, same goes for the bathroom. If you are reading this then it might be too late.
I am sure this is a fine game for some, I have not played. It. However I am the mom of a young manwho is autistic that did play it.. I thought it was a harmless game. Looked child like to me. Unfortunately this game took on a dark and serious presence within my son. Since playing this game, he has refused to eat meat he has not eaten meat for over 3 years. I tried to comply with his wish, but he does not like veggies either. He now only eats unhealthy foods like rice, fries, pasta, bread, fast food, processed food, cakes, candy, chips, which are all high in carbs and no protein. 3 years later he is obese and has peripheral neuropathy and prediabeties. Counsellors have failed to undue the damage that this game has done to him, It has literally ruined his life. There should have been a warning for parents that this game could be mind altering to the impressionable.
i don't want to come off as a rude person, but that sounds like a you problem. there was a warning that said the game contained gore and body horror, as well as some subtle messaging in the description. you can't expect a horror game that tries to stay hidden to expose itself immediately. i don't think people should have to take the mentally disabled into mind when creating a passion project. it seems like a massive and unnecessary hassle. some things just aren't meant for everyone. maybe you should be a decent parent and monitor your child's behavior and eating habits. that kinda part of your job.
I agree with weenorguy's comment. Even though it is sad to hear what happened to your son (and I understand, because I have a brother with a specific game situation as well), you need to understand it's unfair to blame the developer for whatever happens with your kid after they spend months making this game. There is a warning at the top of the page as well. Itch is also the wrong website to search for kid friendly/predictable games, I would invest on a Nintendo Switch instead. There are many, many games just like this one that your son could've stumbled upon, and it just happened to be Bonnie's Baker (actually, it's become increasingly popular horror twists within the indie game community nowadays). I feel like horror games are just going to become so censored in the future because of parental issues :/
hi! just a question, does this have jumpscares? ik its horror but i wanna know if there is and how scary would you rate them 0-10? im sensitive and easily scared but i wanna play this game so much!
I would say that the jumpscares are mostly player based! So depending on how well you do, you can actually encounter minimal to no jumpscares at all! If you're particularly sensitive to them, the dungeon might be the worst area! But even that I would rate a low 4!
oh yeah! ive watched a quick preview of the game. also what happens when you dont finish an order quickly enough or serve the wrong one? also how do you go through the dungeon level?
Not finishing an order/giving the wrong order will not result in a jumpscare, so don't worry! The customer will just leave and the timer will go down! In order to get to the dungeon, you need to complete the baking mode! After that, to go through the dungeon, you'll have to collect the notes scattered throughout the map and type in the code you decipher from them at the keypad next to the door! They always spawn in the same location, but the code is randomly generated each time, so if you get caught, you'll need to collect all of the notes again! Best of luck!
there arent any real jumpscares. you can see bonnie coming from a mile away and she doesnt jump you or anything. she just walks up and stabs you. as a cowardly person who gets scared by everything the one jumpscare is like a 1/10. good jumpscare, just not scary
What an unexpected delight of a game! Cozy and sweet one moment, dark and diabolical the next. I had an absolute blast with this little game and was even inspired to replay for all the endings, which rarely happens. Positively delectable - 10/10!
i severely underestimated this game! i haven't had that much fun on an itch.io game (: definitely one of the best i've played so far!!! i also don't usually go after all the endings, but it was too pleasant to not. if there was a phone app game of the cooking minigame on an endless mode, i'd play it in my free time, no doubt. thank you for such a great experience, kudos!

The game lags a lot on Macbook. Can you find a solution to this?
